1. Wake up early Ever heard of early bird catches the worm? Well having an extra 30 minutes or even an hour extra a day can allow you do so many things in the morning. Just imagine an hour early times by 7 days a week, now you have extra 7 hours! This extra time allow will allow you to do the next 4 things too. 2. Exercise Running, walking, dancing, yoga, or even cleaning the house will do! Exercise gives you a boost of energy for the day. Getting your body moving as little as 10 minutes makes your brain feel soothed! If some of the busiest people in the world can find that extra time to work in a half hour cardio session every day— so can you. 3. Meditation Meditate and clear your mind. Spend 15 to 30 minutes to meditate or recite any empowering mantra or prayer everyday. Focus on the moment and your breathing. 4. Plan you day A day without a plan is like a destination without a map. You will either reach that place or you just lost. Plan your day well. Keep a diary or a simple to-do list everyday and review it at the end of the day. This will help you in the long run when you have seen how much have you accomplish. 5. Ask one important question Steve Jobs revealed the motivational tactic that he used to start each and every day. For the past 33 years, I have looked in the mirror every morning and asked myself: “If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?” And whenever the answer has been no for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something. What would you do if today is the last day of your life?
