This is my ultimate guide to Pak Chong and Khao Yai. I included fun things to do in Khao Yai and the Pak Chong Night Market too!

How to get to Pak Chong and next to Magical Khao Yai
At 6.30am, we used Uber from our hotel to Bus Station North East Mochit. Let your UBER driver know that you want to go to Pak Chong by bus. Just go to the counter and tell them you want to go to Pak Chong. And that's the start of our almost 3 hours ride.

Tips: Choose a sit near to the bus driver seat so that you can always ask them if it is near to Pak Chong because there will be a few Pak Chong bus stop along the way and you do not want to miss the correct bus stop. Another way is to check your GPS after 2 hours of the ride to check whether you are almost there.

Why Pak Chong and not directly to Khao Yai?
We do not want to miss the Pak Chong night market. The best thing is our hotel is just a walking distance to the night market and the bus station!

Where do you stay at Pak Chong and how to go Pak Chong Hotel?
Pak Chong hotel! It's cheap and clean. The staff is also friendly. They even upgraded our room without any extra charges. From the bus station, they will ask you where do you want to go and they will suggest you take the motor tuk-tuk. If you have few pieces of luggage, well just take it then.

Khao Yai itinerary and how to go to Khao Yai?
I think we have the coolest transportation to Khao Yai for that day. We did not see anyone but us using tuk-tuk to Khao Yai. LOL. It's the cheapest mode of transportation compared to hiring private van or driver (around 1,500 to 1,800 baht). It cost us 1,000 baht only for half day to wherever we want. We agreed on 5 places at Khao Yai but since we run out of time, we just managed to go to 3 places.

It takes us around 50 minutes from Pak Chong to our first destination; The Bloom. But before that, we went to book our wine tour for the 3.30pm slot. While waiting for our tour, we went to The Bloom.

Khao Yai attractions and fun things to do in Khao Yai

The Bloom

It's just a minute away from PB Valley so it's a good place to go while waiting for your vineyard tour. It's a large garden area of over 100 acres. I can say your ultimate place for Instagram backdrop! Be creative and explore this germ. Don't forget to wear your sunblock and bring your umbrella.

Entrance fee is 100 baht for adult and 50 baht for children.

PB Valley Khao Yai Winery

The tour is conducted 5-times daily at 09:00 am +10:30 am, +12:00 noon + 01:30 pm and 03:30 pm and takes about 75 minutes.

The rate for above tour is Baht 320 net/adult and Baht 250 net/children aged 4 to 20
years of age. Children under 4 years are free of charge.

The tour will include explanations about the various wine and grapes in the estate,, vineyards tour and also wine tasting. It was an experience that you should not miss!

Another alternative to PB Valley, you can check out GranMonte Valley.

Palio Village

There's no entrance fee and you can walk around this Italian paradise for pictures and also shop. It does feel like we are on another side of the world when we are here. The building and the design is magnificent!

There are a lot more interesting places along the way too like Primo Piazza, Chocolate Factory and unique cafe everywhere!

Pak Chong Night Market
We had our dinner at Pak Chong Night Market. They have mouthwatering street food along with a variety of desserts and delicious BBQ dishes. Be sure not to miss them. Definitely will come back here again next time!

There are so many fun things to do in Bangkok! You can find many cheap to luxury tour package if you want or... you can also choose to DIY your own trip like me. Well, I'm that kind of girl who loves to do months (or sometimes weeks) of the web browsing before my next trip. I bet you do too and that's why you are here right? ;-)

In fact, if you are traveling with your parents, this will be the best itinerary for you since it's an easy and fun trip. Skip the shopping mall hopping and let's dive into some top things to do in Bangkok and Khao Yai.

I was super excited for this trip since I have been to Krabi and Chiang Mai but not the heart of Thailand; Bangkok! Here is the summary of this Bangkok - Khao Yai trip.

5 Days 4 Night Bangkok 2018 Itinerary

We are supposed to go to Asiatique The Riverfront on day one but unfortunately, our flight was delayed from 4pm to 7.45pm. So, if you have the chance, you might as well go to Asiatique on day one.

Will update more soon!

FLEX is a global athleisure brand with its tagline BE LIMITLESS in 2018.

I found out about FLEX on Facebook and it’s FLEX Lite Shirt caught my attention instantly!
Decided to click the ‘BUY NOW’ button and also recommended it to others (2 of my friends bought it too that week!).

Instead of showing you how I wear it for workouts or other athletics activities purposes,
here is how I wear it with Allysa-kind-of-style.

#FlexOOTD 1
For a fun day with nature, I match Flex shirt with short denim and sneakers.
It is engineered to keep you cool, so do not worry about having fun at outdoors!

#FlexOOTD 2
For a date or just comforts, just match it with long denim instead and you are ready to go.
Thanks to its wrinkle resistant fabric, you do not need to iron it.
Tips: The design of FLEX shirt will make you look slimmer(!)

#FlexOOTD 3
Actually, I have been looking for a shirt that can match with a dress that I bought recently.
It surprised me when the FLEX shirt did match well with that dress!
For a weekend day out, this is how I styled my FLEX shirt.

Let me know how you style your FLEX shirt simply by #FlexOOTD on Instagram!

1. Wake up early Ever heard of early bird catches the worm? Well having an extra 30 minutes or even an hour extra a day can allow you do so many things in the morning. Just imagine an hour early times by 7 days a week, now you have extra 7 hours! This extra time allow will allow you to do the next 4 things too. 2. Exercise Running, walking, dancing, yoga, or even cleaning the house will do! Exercise gives you a boost of energy for the day. Getting your body moving as little as 10 minutes makes your brain feel soothed! If some of the busiest people in the world can find that extra time to work in a half hour cardio session every day— so can you. 3. Meditation Meditate and clear your mind. Spend 15 to 30 minutes to meditate or recite any empowering mantra or prayer everyday. Focus on the moment and your breathing. 4. Plan you day A day without a plan is like a destination without a map. You will either reach that place or you just lost. Plan your day well. Keep a diary or a simple to-do list everyday and review it at the end of the day. This will help you in the long run when you have seen how much have you accomplish. 5. Ask one important question Steve Jobs revealed the motivational tactic that he used to start each and every day. For the past 33 years, I have looked in the mirror every morning and asked myself: “If today were the last day of my life, would I want to do what I am about to do today?” And whenever the answer has been no for too many days in a row, I know I need to change something. What would you do if today is the last day of your life?

Looking for something FUN to do with the kids? Your kids will love you for this! Read more for the details and price.

Go to The Parenthood at Sunway! An indoor playground for you and your kids.
The best thing is you can feel the fun of being a kid again and play along with your kids too!

Bring along your own socks and wear a comfortable clothing. Wear legging type pants if  possible so that you can slide easily at the long slides. You can also bring your own water inside.
You can opt to do your own work and sit at the bench while letting your kids to play around. Since it is a big playground,  your kids won't even feel the time passing by fast! But of course if you want to spend a quality time with your kids, this is truly the right time to do it.

There are crews that taking care few sections of the playground for the kids safety. But when it is getting too crowded, especially after lunch hour, do take a look at your kids. Things can get pretty messy when there are a lot of kids running and shouting (or even coughing) around.

The price is shown below. You can play the whole day provided that you don't loose your wrist bands. Go early and stop for a while for lunch and come back again after that. Your kids will thank you so much for that!
If you want to have great discounts,  you may buy your tickets online. One of it is through Fave ( previously known as Groupon).

Have fun kids!

The private van picked us from hotel at 8am and straight to Hot Spring. Ouh, don't forget to have your breakfast! Thanks 7E!

We were only given around 45 minutes at the Hot Spring. Since it's a HOT Spring, it's only recommend to be in the water for around 15-20 minutes. The natural pool is not that big and luckily we arrived early and we managed to stay for a while there before are a crowd came in.

After that, we went to Emerald Pool. Blue Pool, which is only for viewing purpose was closed at that time. There's two route, 0.8km and 1.4km from the entrance to the Emerald Pool. TAKE NOTE THAT IT IS VERY SLIPPERY around the pool! I fell very hard once (big bruises on both knee) and nearly fell for the second time! Just walk on the wooden pathway and you'll save yourself from falling down,  trust me!

It was then raining (pretty heavy) right after we changed our clothes. Since we didn't bring umbrella or even raincoat at that time, we just walk through the rain and soaking wet when we arrived at the entrance. You can buy some food or eat at any restaurant for lunch nearby the entrance. Since we run out of time, we just bought some food and eat it in the van.

Even though it's a half day package,  we actually arrived at our hotel around 3.30pm that day.

After a hot bath at the hotel, we went to ask the hotel receptionist for transportation recommendation to the airport the next morning. Since our flight will be right in the morning (7.30am), he recommended us to take private taxi which cost us 500 baht.

For our last night here, we picked another AWESOME place for our dinner; Ton Ma Yum Kitchen! We really made a good choices for dinner for the three nights! I really LOVE the Glass Noodle Pad Thai (mix with Tofu + egg) here!  MUST TRY and definitely come back for it again.
The Best Vegetarian Pad Thai!

After some walk, we went to have a massage to another massage parlor; Dee Dee Massage.  For this time, we tried the back neck and shoulder massage. They will only need you to open your top @ shirt and they'll use some oil to massage your back. It's really an awesome experience!
Reggae Bar!

We went to Reggae Bar for the night since it's recommended in the Internet and also by the receptionist. We really have no regret going here. The song selection by the live band is super cool with their reggae beats!  You can also request any song and don't forget some tips to them. The reggae atmosphere is really real here!

Happy face!

Things to pack for island tour for you:

- Waterproof Bag
- Waterproof Handphone Casing
- Towel (small or big, optional, for if it's raining during the day, it can be very cold on the boat)
- Some money for if you like to buy some dessert along the way
- Snacks
- Raincoat (if it's a rainy season)

But if you don't mind the weather, you can as well just wear your swimming suit or bikini directly and just bring your waterproof Handphone casing + Handphone and put some money in it, done!

The Friendly tour guide, Mr Wit, did told us some stories to us at every pit stop @ Island before proceeding to the others, which for me is very informative! If there's a pit stop for snorkeling, you just can't missed it, go for it!

At night, we picked another beautiful place to have our dinner; Jungle Kitchen. You can either take the tuk tuk to here or you might as well just search the direction from Google Maps and walk to this place. The food here is delicious too! We ordered food for two and end up really really full (we did take away some of the food) as the food portion is really big!
Jungle Kitchen

After a walk, we tried the Thai Massage (250 baht only!) which was really AWESOME. It is NOT required to open your clothes for this Thai Massage. There is a lot of massage shop along the street and there's happy hour at some times too.
